SPX is trading around 2077 right now. I have alerts set for short strike’s delta >20:
All 3 positions are getting close to Adjustment zone. To make adjustments we are going to:
1. Cut NET position’s delta in 1/2.
2. Treat each position separately.
Just because 2 positions need an adjustment at the same time DO NOT add all greeks and then try to manage it. If position A has a NET delta of -35 look for an OTM call with a delta of 15-17 and go out at least 45 days out. All adjustments will be posted, this is just a heads up.
