You could probably balance this IC by adding another 1/2 to the put side, this will remove about 10 NET deltas and IF/WHEN short call delta reaches high teens you can look to re-balance NET delta by either using OTM options or buying back short call(s). 2170 is around 9 delta right now and that side looks fine right now.
