Yet we need to show you how our billing system works so you aren’t confused when you open up your credit card statement.
The holding company for all IWO Products and services is SJPVENTURES LLC.
That is what you will see on your credit card statement when you pay for products and services.
With IncomeLab, we offer a few trial memberships so clients can see the power of our trades before they make a full commitment.
These trial memberships will continue to full memberships ($99 per month) unless action is taken by you.
If you no longer wish to continue as a trial member of IncomeLab, simply let us know and we’ll make sure you aren’t automatically renewed at the end of the term.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our goal at IncomeLab is to be completely transparent with how we process cancellations and refunds.
We are confident in our trading strategies, have a clear winning track record, and clients who have been with us for years. We will always be up front with you as you are a valued client that we believe will stick around for the long-term.
Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual memberships are all on an automatic renewal cycle. If you don’t want the next month to renew, simply let us know and we’ll cancel your membership.
Monthly memberships have a 14-day grace period to request a refund for the previous months’ payment.
Quarterly and semi-annual memberships have a 30-day grace period to request a refund for the most recent payment.
Annual memberships have a 60-day grace period to request a refund for the most recent payment.
Credit Card Chargebacks
If you or the cardholder on your account issues a chargeback to our account, we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
If you are within the grace window previously discussed, then we will issue a credit to your account.
If you are outside the grace window, then we cancel your account, dispute the charge, and bar you from purchasing any more products and services from IWO. This is to protect against fraud and the integrity of our accounts with the credit card companies.
Of course, if there is a clear exception to the rule, then we will personally work with you. There is one example where we had a client pass away, and the family called us to reverse the charge… it’s no problem there.
