Income Calendar in AMZN

After a nice drift higher on earnings, I’m expecting the stock to go rangebound into the end of the year.

Here’s the trade:

Buy to Open AMZN Dec/Jan 620 Put Calendar @6.50 or lower

If AMZN trades to 645 or 595 we will add another round of calendars.

Target profit is 20% return on capital.

AMZN broke above 645 so time to add another round of calendars.

Trade worked out great, we got some reversion so it’s time to bail.

Sell to Close AMZN Dec/Jan 640 Put Calendar @7.55 or higher

SEll to close AMZN Dec/Jan 620 Put Calendar @7.65 or higher.
