This stock did not participate AT ALL with the market selloff. It had a good earnings gap and saw continuation on good Macau numbers (they have interests in HK gambling).
The past 10 days have seen gains of 16% for the stock. It’s rare that this happens, and odds are a correction is due.
In terms of option strategy, I think bear call spreads don’t offer good risk reward and neither do calendars because of vega risk and the potential for a squeeze. Instead, look for parabolic spikes to buy put spreads into. I’m looking at the 60/55 put spread buy.
